Made-to-Order Production
All Juba lamps are made to order. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before your lamp ships. Shipping timelines begin only after production is complete.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
Canada & USA – We currently offer free standard shipping within Canada and the United States. Other Countries – We may be able to ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside Canada or the USA, please contact us at info@juba.world before placing an order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipping to the USA may be subject to duties or tariffs. We work to incorporate these costs into our U.S. pricing, but you remain responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs at delivery.For orders outside Canada and the USA, all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
